gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 2 eggs (preferably room temperature)
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  1. Measure out flour in a bowl (or on a surface) and mix in with the first egg and olive oil.
  2. Gradually add the other egg(s) and keep mixing until a homogenous dough is formed. Add a little more flour if wet.
  3. Roll out into strips starting on setting 1, then gradually work up to setting 5.
  4. Leave to dry for about 20-30 min, then cut into the desired shape.

Serves 3.
