Homemade pasta
We should do this more often.
Ingredients
200g flour
2 eggs (preferably room temperature)
Drizzle of olive oil
Measure out flour in a bowl (or on a surface) and mix in with the first egg and olive oil.
Gradually add the other egg(s) and keep mixing until a homogenous dough is formed. Add a little more flour if wet.
Roll out into strips starting on setting 1, then gradually work up to setting 5.
Leave to dry for about 20-30 min, then cut into the desired shape.
Serves 3.
