Pasta with broccoli
Simplicity.
Ingredients
- 400g tagliatelle
- 400g broccoli
- More olive oil than you think
- Parmigiano (not optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta water, and add the chopped-up broccoli and pasta at the same time.
- When the pasta is ready, drain the water off, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with plenty of parmigiano and black pepper on top. White wine goes well with this treat.
