3 bananas (overripe ones you weren't going to eat anyway)
2-3 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp yoghurt
3-4 Tbsp oats (optional)
Milk to get it to 800ml
Chia seeds on top
Add the things to a blender, and whoosh.
You might need to add ice cubes if using fresh bananas.
It's generally easier to add the frozen things last as they tend to blend better when immersed
in the rest of the softer contents.
Pour into two glasses, and then sprinkle chia seeds on top (keeps them crunchy).
