Ingredients

  • 1 large mango (or 2 smaller ones)
  • 1 banana (frozen is good, to keep things cold)
  • 2 Tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp coconut
  • 3-4 Tbsp oats
  • Milk to get it to 800ml
  • Chia seeds on top
  1. Add the things to a blender, and whoosh. Feel free to add mint for a bit of summer freshness. It's generally easier to add the frozen things last as they tend to blend better when immersed in the rest of the softer contents.
  2. Pour into two glasses, and then sprinkle chia seeds on top (keeps them crunchy).

Serves 2.
