Pea and pancetta soup

Pea sweetness and pancetta savoury-ness.

Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 150g pancetta
  • 400g frozen peas (or two tins)
  • 1 tin mushy peas
  • 1 tin marrowfat peas
  • 500ml chicken stock
  1. Chop up the onions and fry in some olive oil, before adding in the pancetta.
  2. Add all the peas in their various forms.
  3. Add the stock shortly after adding the peas, and season to taste.
  4. Serve with fresh bread.

Serves 4.
